  I have a vintage desk that I want to get rid of due to space reasons (new price $4.500) and I researched their website. It says, their process is that they pick it up and fix it up and then sell it. Anyway, I called them to inquire and they flat out told me that they don't buy furniture and wanted to hang up already. I explained that I refer to their "process" tab on their website and that I have a vintage piece I want to give up and they basically said, they won't do it even before I stated the old school brand and year. I can accept that people don't think my furniture is a good fit for them, what I can't accept is the snobby attitude, the urge to get rid of the caller within the first 30 seconds and absolute apathy and zero f***s given when a potential customer calls in.
